Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Thinly slice the beef against the grain for tenderness, shred the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic and ginger finely, and slice green onions diagonally for garnish.
  2. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Toss the beef slices in this mixture and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Cook the beef: Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of sesame oil, then quickly stir-fry the beef slices until browned but not overcooked, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
