Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Thinly slice the chicken breast into strips, wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a rich, savory sauce.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  4. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Toss in chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp and vibrant.
  5. Combine Noodles and Sauce: Return cooked chicken to the pan, add drained noodles, and pour the sauce over the mixture. Toss everything to coat evenly and heat through.
  6. Finish and Serve: Drizzle sesame oil on top for a nutty aroma, add chili flakes if desired, and give one last toss. Serve hot.
