Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Patties

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced pickles or relish
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of paprika

For Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 810 pickle slices
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Patties: Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into small, thin patties slightly smaller than your tortillas. Cook the patties in a medium-high heated skillet for about 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  2. Make the Big Mac Sauce: While the patties cook, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, minced pickles or relish, garlic powder, and a pinch of paprika in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and tangy.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Gently warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable and easier to roll.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of the Big Mac sauce across the center. Add one cooked beef patty, then layer shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickle slices, and a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Roll and Serve: Carefully roll the tortilla, folding in the sides as you go, to form a snug wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve warm for the best taste and texture.

Notes

  • Choose fresh lettuce and high-quality pickles for better flavor and texture.
  • Don’t overfill the wraps to ensure they roll easily without tearing.
  • Melt the cheese briefly on the hot patty for a creamy texture.
  • Make the Big Mac sauce ahead of time to let the flavors meld together.
  • Use a well-heated skillet to cook the patties for a juicy crust.
